All celebrations should include cake, so I am super honored to share an extra special dessert that I created for Isopure ‘s 2oth anniversary! This cake is stacked high with colorful, fluffy vanilla crepes made from almond flour and Isopure’s Zero Carb Protein Powder. It’s gluten and refined sugar free, lightly sweetened with Stevia and the coconut cream filling, and packed full of flavor! To make it extra festive, I added rainbow sprinkles in between the layers and filling, and added the cutest marshmallow clouds all ready to party on top :).
